I downloaded this app hoping it would streamline my vendor process, and in some ways it does. The initial setup was straightforward enough, and I like the way it organizes my inventory. However, the interface is clunky. Navigating between different sections takes too many taps, and the search function is unreliable. Also, the customer support response time has been very slow. Its features are decent, but the usability issues make it frustrating to use daily. I'll probably keep using it for now, but I'd much prefer a more intuitive app.
