I've been using this platform for a few months now, and overall it's been a decent experience. The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to navigate, and setting up my shop was straightforward. I like the reporting features, they give me a good overview of my sales. However, there are a few areas that could definitely use improvement. Customer support has been slow to respond at times, and the search functionality isn't the best. Also, the customization options are a bit limited, which restricts the level of branding I can implement. It's functional, but it could be so much better with a few updates. I'd recommend it with the caveat that they address these issues.
