I bought this software hoping it would streamline my business, and in some ways it has. The interface is intuitive enough, and setting up basic listings was straightforward. However, as my business has grown, I've encountered significant limitations. Adding new products becomes slow and cumbersome, and the reporting features are simply not robust enough to handle the volume of data I'm now generating. Customer support has been responsive, but their solutions haven't addressed the core scalability issues. It's functional for a small operation, but I'll need to look for a more powerful solution if I want to continue expanding. It's a shame, because I really liked the initial ease of use.
