The system is functional and gets the job done, but it's not without its flaws. The admin panel is a bit clunky to navigate, and the reporting features could be much more robust. The delivery man app is simple enough to use, but lacks some features that would improve efficiency, like real-time tracking updates for customers. Customer support was responsive when I needed help, which was a plus. Overall, it's a decent system, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and functionality. I'd recommend it with some reservations, particularly if you're a larger restaurant with complex needs.

This system has streamlined our restaurant operations considerably. The admin panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, making managing orders and tracking deliveries a breeze. The delivery driver app is also well-designed and straightforward. Our drivers have reported very few issues using it. However, there are a few minor areas for improvement. The reporting features could be more robust, offering more detailed sales analysis. Also, integrating with our existing accounting software would be a significant benefit.
