This system has significantly streamlined our restaurant operations. The ordering process is intuitive for customers, and the admin panel gives us excellent control over inventory, menus, and staff. The delivery driver app is also a big plus, making tracking and communication much easier. However, there are a few minor glitches. Occasionally, the system lags slightly, and the reporting features could be more comprehensive. A few more customization options within the admin panel would also be beneficial. Overall, it's a solid system, and we're happy with our purchase, but a few updates would make it even better.
